KP Pet Care Terms and Conditions
For the protection of all our boarders, KP Pet Care requires you to provide an up-to-date vaccination record, confirmation that your dog has been flead and wormed, if microchipped and confirmation of any pet insurance in place, if this has not been shown already.
For rabbits we need an up-to-date vaccination record against Myxomatosis and VHD. Without this your rabbit will not be able to stay.
When any pet arrives KP Pet Care will perform a brief examination (eyes,ears,nose,coat etc). Any pets found with respiratory problems, skin problems or parasites will be unable to stay until any conditions are resolved.
Any existing medical conditions must be discussed prior to the stay of your pet, each case will be considered, I may ask for expert veterinary advice for which if charges are incurred will be passed on to the client.
If your pet does have medical problems, please provide the details of any conditions and treatment required when contacting KP Pet Care.
KP Pet Care will not accept any pet that is showing signs of undisclosed illness,disease or injury. If your pet does become ill whilst with us, we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately.
If your pet requires veterinary attention while boarding with us, we will take them to your chosen vet, or our preferred vet and any treatment required will be charged to you. Your pet will be treated under your name and contact details.
Sometimes animals can pass away with little warning and very quickly after first showing signs of an illness. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes should your pet pass away in our care.
KP Pet Care accept no liability in the unlikely event that this happens.
KP Pet Care will take no responsibility of any pets pregnancy. All our borders kept separate unless they are a bonded pair.
If you pet gives birth while boarding with me, I will care for the litter during the remainder of their stay, but owners must take their own pet as well as any offspring upon their return.
A deposit of 25% of the full cost of your pets stay with us is payable to confirm your booking with us. This is non refundable in the case of cancellation.
Balance of payment must be paid on day of arrival before your pet starts boarding.
If your pet is already boarding with us and you wish to collect your pet earlier than what is stated on the booking form, you will still be liable for the full amount.
If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day, then the delay in collection will be chargeable at the current daily rate.
All pet owners must accept that accident, injury, illness, death, theft, public liability and all other insurances for their pet.
KP Pet Care accepts no responsibility for security of the premises or loss if other individuals have access to the home during the term of this agreement when care is provided at an owners residence.
KP Pet Care will not let any dog off its lead unless owner gives full consent.
KP Pet Care will not be held responsible for any damage to the clients property, or that of others, caused by clients pets during the period in which they are in our care.
If dogs require drying off after walks, clients must provide towels.
We at KP Pet Care pledge to love and care for all pets whilst they stay with us, or we visit them in their home.
